Vehicles → Services Tab

This interface is dedicated to managing and tracking service tasks for both trucks and trailers. Users can view, filter and create services for vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Navigation Structure

• Primary Section: Vehicles
• Sub-tabs:
  • Vehicles: lists all fleet assets.
  • Services (selected): Displays service tasks associated with vehicles.

Key UI Sections & Elements

Top Section

• Label: Services with item count
• Link: Setup services (leads to configuration or templates)

Create Button

• Button: + Create new service
• Action: Opens the service creation form, enabling users to add a new service task.

Tab Filter: Service Status

• Tabs:
  • Active (selected) – Lists ongoing or pending services
  • Resolved – Lists completed services

Filter & Search Controls

• Dropdown: Filter by: Vehicles (All) – Filter service tasks by vehicle type.
• Search Box: Allows keyword-based filtering of services by title or registration number.

Table Columns & Data

The service list is displayed in a sortable table. The columns include:

Column	Description
Title	Name of the service task. May include recurrence badges (e.g., “One-time service”, “Repeats every 6 Months”).
Reg no.	Vehicle registration number linked to the service.
Type	Vehicle type: Truck or Trailer (represented with pill-style labels).
Status	Service status with color-coded indicators:

1. Overdue (red)
2. Due soon (yellow)
3. Upcoming (gray)
